Taskmill copies shared tasks between the Google Tasks accounts of a small, invited group. This page says what Taskmill reads from your Google account, what it keeps, and how you remove it.

What Taskmill reads from Google

What Taskmill stores

Taskmill does not store the text of your tasks: no titles, no notes. It reads the text while it makes or updates a copy, and keeps it only in memory.

Who sees your tasks

When you share a task, Taskmill puts a copy of it in the Google Tasks of the people you shared it with. If a recipient has not connected yet, Taskmill sends them an email with the task. Taskmill does not sell your data, does not show ads, and does not give your data to anyone else. Taskmill does not use your data to train AI models.

Taskmill's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to remove Taskmill's access

Copies already in other people's Google Tasks stay there. They belong to those accounts.
